Un estudi encarregat pel clúster Innovi ha conclòs que hi ha hagut un augment significatiu del consum de vi a casa a Catalunya, amb un increment del 28%, durant la pandèmia. Les dades denoten un creixement del 13% en el consum del vi elaborat a Catalunya, enfront a increments més modestos d'entorn al 5% del vins d'altres zones. D'aquest interessant tema en parlem en el nou "Tast Vertical". Ho fem amb el director-gerent d'Innovi, Eloi Montcada Elias, i amb Ton Lladó, de Vins Noé de Sant Cugat del Vallès.
