In this week's episode of the podcast, Rob willing covers another Tik Tok viral trend, Quiet Firing.  Quiet Firing unlike Quiet Quitting is appropriately named and it is also had a few other names, ie: Managing Out. To be honest, by whatever name this thing goes by it is not a great business practice if you want to build a productive culture. According to a Linkedin News Poll, 80% of 20,000 respondents have faced Quiet Firing themselves or have seen it occur in the workplace so it has affected most of us.  Every article on Quiet Firing stated communication on both ends is the best way for both the employer & employee to handle this instead of simply managing out.  We are also asking for you guys to vote for what we should call these short episodes...Staffing Snacks, Workforce Words,  or    ...we will have a poll on Linkedin. This episode is sponsored by Kyloe Partners & Leap Consulting Solutions. Please remember to rate, review, & share the episode. Also remember to register for our friends at Bullhorn's Connected Recruiting webinar series.  This one is on September 29th and will focus on super charging your website to convert my candidates & leads.
