R15/$ would have it's own problems

The rand has traded significantly stronger against the US dollar over the past month. This is due to falling interest rates in the US, Chinese stimulus, and positivity about South Africa's economic prospects. A stronger rand helps keep the cost of imported products, especially fuel, lower, which in turn helps reduce inflation. However, a stronger rand also presents challenges.
