Race The Sun

https://ffm.to/race-the-sun Sunset Tsunami continue their run of new music with ‘Race The Sun’, the third single from their forthcoming second album. Built around a relaxed instrumental groove, jazz-inflected guitar and soulful vocal samples, ‘Race The Sun’ draws from the classic downbeat and lounge sound while retaining Sunset Tsunami’s focus on rhythm and atmosphere. There is a nostalgic quality to the production, balanced by a steady groove that keeps the track moving. Neo-soul warmth, sampled vocals and understated electronic production combine in a track that sits comfortably between lounge, instrumental hip-hop and downtempo electronica.
