Specular [Zuke Remix]
https://ffm.to/specular-zuke-remix Rhian Sheehan (@rsheehan) & Arli Liberman present a new imagining of their track ‘Specular’, reworked by producer and synth architect @Zukebeats. For this remix, Zuke reshapes the track into something deeper, heavier, and rhythmically charged. Originally appearing on the collaborative album Traces - an instrumental journey blending electronic, ambient and post-rock textures, ‘Specular’ was the most overtly-electronic piece on the album. For the remix, Zuke has reshaped the track into something deeper, heavier, and rhythmically charged. From the outset, a rich low-end establishes a brooding mood before the drums enter with a subtle dub-steppa pulse - not quite dub, but carrying the same deep-system energy. Where the original version of ‘Specular’ floated weightlessly through shimmering atmospheres, Zuke’s remix grounds the track with a deeper physical presence. Rolling breakbeats emerge throughout, drawing on jungle-inspired rhythms while maintaining the depth of the original.

Great Pages
https://ffm.to/great-pages Harry Charles opens the year with ‘Great Pages’, the fourth single from his forthcoming album NOVA, due March 2026 on Loop Electronic. The track draws inspiration from Harry’s years immersed in Berlin’s music and club culture, tapping into a deeper, mood-led groove where downtempo meets deep house. “As with most of my music, this tune came from simply sitting down and locking into a groove. Everything flowed naturally, and the track revealed itself without much resistance. I was drawn to making something that could live right at the start of a set, a deep, slow-burning opener that patiently builds and sets the tone. The spaced-out horn line is a real highlight for me: haunting, melancholic, and exactly the kind of mood I’m drawn to.” - Harry Charles NOVA will be Harry Charles’ second album on Loop Electronic since signing in 2024.

Count It
https://ffm.to/sanoi-countit @sanoimusik unveils ‘Count It’, a standalone single to kick off the new year on Loop Electronic. The track arrives as a pivotal moment within Augenblick, an album project deliberately split into Side A and Side B to mirror its creation as an entire body of work. Musically, ‘Count It’ stands out as one of Sanoi’s most unexpected productions to date. The track draws clear influence from the mid-2000s LA beats scene, echoing the era’s loose swing, raw rhythmic sensibility, and experimental edge. Clocking in at under two minutes long, ‘Count It’ delivers its impact with immediacy - distilled, focused and intentionally brief.

Storm
https://ffm.to/harrycharles-storm Closing out a prolific year, ‘Storm’ marks the third release from Harry Charles forthcoming album project. ‘Storm’ captures a mood that’s both uplifting and brooding. Its dynamic arrangement moves through flickers of melody and layers of texture, with moments of dissonance that mirrors a sense of anticipation. “There’s always a certain sweetness that runs through my music. The kind you can feel while standing among the trees, bathed in the glow of a fading sun. But ‘Storm’ lives in a different light. It’s about what happens after sunset, when the air thickens and the energy shifts, like a storm gathering on the horizon, turning the night electric.” - Harry Charles

https://ffm.to/castaway-remix NZ/UK electronic duo Sunset Tsunami share their official remix of The Elovaters’ fan favourite ‘Castaway’. Jackson Wetherbee’s emotive vocal performance is set against rolling low-end, syncopated skank rhythms, and spacious dub effects, bridging the laid-back character of The Elovaters’ Boston-rooted reggae with Sunset Tsunami’s Aotearoa and UK bass-culture influences.

Crafted on an Akai MPC, it builds a slow, heavy groove layered with spring reverbs, tape delays, and echo feedback loops. Obscure vinyl samples weave through the mix, giving the track a gritty analog charm and a hypnotic sense of movement. “Dynamite has a groove that feels like it could roll all night. We wanted to capture the spirit of the old dub clashes, but flip it with hip hop swagger and cinematic tension.” - Sunset Tsunami

Skeletons [Sunset Tsunami Remix]
https://ffm.to/st-skeletons Sunset Tsunami continue their initial wave of releases with a fresh flip of Corrella ‘Skeletons’ - an upbeat dub/breaks rework that nods to Salmonella Dub, Theivery Corpooration and Dreadzone, while pushing into their own widescreen, bass-forward world. Where the original leans into a laid-back dub/reggae sway, the remix shifts gears into an energetic, double-time funk groove. Corrella’s hallmark horn lines and vocal hooks remain front-and-centre, now wrapped in tape-echo trails, spring-reverb haze, and live-sounding drum energy. It’s electronic at the core, but it moves with the feel of a band.
