She works enthusiastically to make her coaching sessions engaging, relevant, and applicable. Rachel works with clients in one-on-one settings, as well as through workshops, seminars and retreats. Creating engaging content customized to meet each client's unique needs and performance goals is of utmost importance.Rachel coaches through her position as Leadership Development Manager at the FFA Enrichment Center located in Ankeny, Iowa. She has experience working with a wide variety of clients and fields - from agribusiness to health care to youth organizations. Additionally, Rachel's experience includes coaching both for profit and non-profit entities. She is passionate about agriculture, education, and faith-based fields.
