Rachel Maeng Brown, The Personal Brand Architect, is a former student-athlete of Rutgers University, where she was a Big Ten Division I coxswain. While in her undergrad she also held executive-level positions in a number of organizations on campus, such as the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and RUSA student government. She was also the 2016 recipient of the Inaugural Chancellor’s Bridge Builder Award for her work in bringing together student-athletes, the study body, and the University. She also held a number of internships both inside and outside the Sports Industry. She has spent time in Professional and Collegiate Sports, Media and Entertainment, Recruiting, Financial Services, Data, Marketing, Technology, Sponsorships, Sales, Non-Profit, and Fashion and Apparel. Today, she is a full-time entrepreneur as The Personal Brand Architect (consultant), The Director of Strategic Sports Partnerships at Oxygean, The Director of Partnership Branding and Marketing at Dome Audio Inc, The Vocational and Supported Education (Collegiate and Adult Mental Health) Specialist at TGCW Non-profit, CMO with Dionies Sportswear LLC, and a Model/Actor with Prestigious Image Powerhouse.
