The Allen Family are from Fort Worth, Texas. Every Wednesday and Thursday they meet at a local pizza parlor in Arlington to watch the show, "So you Think that you can Dance. His solo audition prompted Nigel to tell him he was his favorite dancer of the day. As if we needed another reason to watch the wonderfully entertaining So You Think You Can Dance (and I certainly didn't) Allen's it - the sporadically trained dancer made the cut for the Top 20. The North Crowley High School graduate took a few minutes to chat - apologizing for running due a brace-tightening appointment - with the Star-Telegram today. Though he's come across as shy so far on the show, I found the 19-year-old to be sweet and articulate and confident but not arrogant. He was kind enough to answer some questions about his dance history, the hell that was Vegas week and Nigel's decision to give Robert Muraine a solo stage.
