The issue hasn't been addressed by any of the administrations since.Ramon Castro also discusses his motivation for tackling this problem, which, for too long, has not received the attention it should have. Fortunately, Ramon's walk has drawn the attention of politicians at the local level.President Biden has said that the issue is a priority for him.
