There are a lot of viewpoints on death and how a Christian should handle it, but as Jesus said, “Let the dead bury the dead” (Luke 9:60). I agree. For me, it’s mistakenly comes off as I don’t care. When death occurs, I don’t feel upset if since i've made time and bonded with the person prior I was able to speak with them laugh with them. Eat with them visit them. I made effort to interact and show love❤️. So when the time comes, I don’t feel like I lost anything. If I haven’t done that, i can understand the devastating feeling of losing someone. all that to say the need to appreciate people is now.
