Raphesu alleges investigator sought unauthorised Fadiel Adams referral.

: IDAC Senior Investigator Mantsha Raphesu has told the Madlanga Commission that investigator Sunil Belucham allegedly sought to lead the Fadiel Adams referral despite not being the designated investigator. Raphesu says he became concerned after noticing signs that some investigators had prior knowledge of the case before it was officially allocated. He also testified that senior investigator Brian Padayachee and a chief investigator allegedly met the complainant before the investigation was formally authorised. The commission is continuing to hear more testimony from IDAC officials today after weeks of explosive evidence about alleged failures and irregularities within the unit.
