RE-EVAL Clinical Insight: Lumbar Manipulation as a Rehab Technique

After attending a Dry Needling course and getting some fantastic extra clinical pearls this one really stuck out to me. It was extremely interesting to think about utilizing lumbar adjustments as rehab, through the stretch reflex of muscles. We aren't downplaying rehab at all and think it is really important but I had never thought of this concept as something that worked in this way. So I did my best to recap it.
