“Reactive”

We open up the 2nd episode of season 6 with “Reactive”. We all have been in situations that have tested our patients. I myself have been reactive for most of my life. Not really understanding how my reactions would, and could impact others. I always moved with how I felt and that didn’t always serve me well. The greatest power in the world is self control. If I am able to master the self, then I will arrive at the center of being. It is no one else’s fault if I get upset. it doesn’t matter if people do things that I could or would allow to upset me, I still have a choice in how I want to react. It all starts with loving yourself. I didn’t realize that until I was much older and I’m glad that I did. I am now able to share my experiences with others so that they can learn from things that I share with them. I realize that the more I Love My Self the more it is showing up in everything around me. And that’s why I chose to do this episode on reactive. There’s so much to gain by not being reactive.
