In this solo episode I share in real time as I talk through a bad day… the limiting beliefs, doubt, judgement, frustration and all sorts of other low frequency energies that were taking over, and reframe them, highlighting the truths - outside of the shadows, turning them into my personal power.As you listen along you’ll hear the energy completely change as I name and tame all the thoughts and feelings I have towards myself.Even though when I have this happen and I know these thoughts aren’t true, sometimes they like to pitch a tent and and set up camp, this is me talking in real time about how I manage them, honour them, and send them on their way.
