I would have not followed everyone else thinking that marketing and branding were important to me as a new Realtor. I would have saved so much money and time. At this point, I would have broken my $1M GCI goal by now too. LOL! I did have a question. How do I sell a home that didn't get sold, that expired? Expired and FSBO will be my first two spokes followed by SOI. ****** I have learned an enormous amount from this book and your podcasts, and also the premier coaching program.
