Reality competition show 'The Road' drops teaser video ahead of October premiere | Music City Minute

New teasers for Blake Shelton's and Taylor Sheridan's reality competition show "The Road" are offering a glimpse into what is in store for the artists as they head out on tour with Keith Urban. The Aussie country star explains to contestants the only way to make it to the next city is by "wowing" the crowd. The budding stars will learn important lessons along the way, like crowd interaction and curating the perfect set list. Even though top-tier knowledge and experience are the ultimate gift, the winning contestant will also be awarded a $250,000 recording contract. The new reality show looks like it’s going to be a roller coaster of emotions, but I don’t think producers could have found better mentors than Blake Shelton, Keith Urban and Gretchen Wilson.
