Since 2010, Sophie has supported over a thousand families and trained well over 1000 birth workers in various workshops and online trainings. She is also a doula mentor and has taught doula preparation courses in 2018 and 2019.  More recently she has written a thoroughly researched book titled Why Postnatal Recovery Matters.
