Jesus said, "If the light that is in you be darkness, how great is that darkness." Mt.6:23 Deception is one of the Enemy's greatest assets in the war against Truth. He dresses up the lie to look like the truth and the truth to look like the lie. He baits the hook with what we are hungry for. The Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness rather than the Light because their deeds were evil. The Light exposes the hidden works of darkness and the evil deeds of those deceived by the Evil One.  So, how do we know if we are being deceived by a false light? Jesus tells us that "by their fruits you will know them." So, what is coming out of our mouth? What do we see going on in our behavior?   The light exposes what is going on in our hearts.
