It is about influence, diversity, and the ongoing work of making meaning. Today, Reconstructionist Judaism is centered in the United States and Canada. Its main institutions include local congregations, the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College near Philadelphia, and the organizational body known as Reconstructing Judaism, formed in twenty twelve from a merger of movement institutions.
