It means you realize moving on means celebrating the life that was loss. You will always have a whole in your heart, but you can, and must, recover and live.Some people talk about the 5 Stages of Grief, but John realizes that not everyone finds those particular stages helpful.If you have or are experiencing a loss, please find others who knew the person who has passed and try to share memories and even funny moments.
