Learn from "The General" - Erik Olson. He is always one of the first Mi Duoles that any new member of the team meets.  He is gracious and respectful.  He is a skilled racer and brilliant tactician.  He loves Mi Duole and has financially supported the team through his business for years.  Erik Olsen is known to the younger riders as “The General” for his powerful leadership inside the LOTOJA peloton.  Erik loves cycling and has done much to create a culture on the Duole team that we hope can be modeled for years and years.  He trains hard and races smart.  Erik is “all in” for this team and is a trusted friend and advocate for all we stand for.
