Ground beef is moving higher but everything is else is moving up in preparation for the holidays. We are seeing lower production in poultry as well. Breasts and tenders are moving lower and wings are holding on to recent gains. On the avian flu front, one new case was reported affecting 70 birds in Idaho. Pork production picks up this time of year and is really putting a damper on any market moves higher. Ribs and loins represent very good values.
