Given how classical my believe-it-or-not life story has been, I'm thinking RIFA (that I encountered in my high schooldays as having an inflammatory affect on my body, which I tend learned to heal through movement-less yoga) has helped me watch out for these ants like clues from Nature that health, wealth, wisdom (not just from ants but also from flora, fauna, seasonal changes per time in the environment) may be facing concerns because of factors from cosmic, miasmic, rheumatic or telluric concerns that can be mitigated by, well, movement-less awareness, mindfulness, present-moment appreciation in the interest of harmonising disharmonious elements arisen due to whatsoever reasons, which is also the essence of why yoga as a technology has emerged over time in human consciousness..so the conscience of why to be human and what is possible from maintaining being human brings together microcosm and macrocosm in a manner that enlivens life in the multiverse in an insurable sustainable growth-enablable #humanityacrossboundaries harmonious manner. This is the essence of art (music, dance, theatre, craft, sculpture, et al.) and the reason why art is important, and has a role to play in the whole schema of things.
