I think a lot of times we get caught up in the happening and it is hard to distinguish who you are in those moments because your identity has been wrapped in the wrong things so to speak. There are different ways that we can go about change but it takes our back against the wall and a true disgust for the way that we are being to really exemplify the change that we want to see for ourselves. The potential is there and it lies there continuously for eternity however to tap into that requires you to become self aware in these moments and actually get to the point where you unlock it. By creating the sense of self worth that you crave and that you have craved from maybe somebody else, or that job, or that thing. Or even that time in your life for that one moment, but it's not about the one moment.
