Seriously I can't believe how far I have come and what I have achieved. Get your journal out and list all the things you can celebrate. Look at how amazing  you are. Next think about what didn't work and want you want to let go of. Maybe even burn that paper. Now look at what you want to achieve in 2026. Pick 3 goals.I am so excited for next year.
