Reflections Of My 2020

This year was certainly very different to what we all expected it to be! Join me in this episode as I reflect on the year that has been; the good, the not so good, the things I’ve learned and the things I’m most proud of.  I start out by taking you through how I planned for 2020, what it actually looked like, and how I’m going to start preparing for 2021.I really enjoy going through this reflection process every year and I like to give myself plenty of time to go deep into it to build clarity for the year to come.
