My conversation with Franella Smith was both elegant and sincere. She exudes a calm presence and is an excellent cook! 😋 Franella earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of New Haven, CT, and completed her graduate internship at Hampton University. With over 25 years of experience, she is a registered and licensed dietitian currently practicing full-time in South Carolina. In 2015, she also obtained her Master's in Fine Arts from Southern New Hampshire University, where her master’s thesis clinched first place in that year’s NewLook Writing contest. In her free time, Franella delights in cooking, reading, photography, traveling, and relaxing with her family, as well as enjoying the company of her miniature Schnauzer.
