Send us Fan MailIt is natural for us to be afraid of going 'backwards' once we have a hick up, but knowing that it's not possible for us to go backwards will allow you to move out of fear and frustration into asking more useful quesitons like "what is the lesson in this for me?" and "what does the universe want me to practice at this level?". Because everytime we get good at this 'level' of life and relationships we graduate to the next level of difficulty which comes with us feeling like we suck at this game. But it is actually time to celebrate, you are always moving forward, learning, getting better and therefore 'complete' this level of difficulty and graduate to the next level of challenges. You got this!
