from Athletic Definition · host Ray Z

My guest is Dr. Sara Van Dyke @dash_chiro is a sports chiropractor who works primarily with runners, lifters and endurance athletes. She is a competitive track runner, and competes in the middle distance races (800m to mile), along with the occasional 5k road race or cross country. Recently, she has also taken up pacing elite races as a fun side hobby, and has paced races from 800m to 10,000m. Dr. Van Dyke grew up in Huntington Beach, CA and ran for Marina High and then Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She attributes a lot of her athlete’s recovery from injury and her continued health in the sport to lots of preventative movement and strength based work.
