Relapse Alert!…or Maybe Some Self Love Instead

Something on your mind? Send Matt a text here! Wow it’s amazing how fast things can change, isn’t it? One day it’s this, everything is clicking along as planned, and then the next day everything is turned completely upside down and you’re back to zero….and no one wins…??? Well, at least you still have the experience and knowledge gained to take with you as you move forward. We must accept the fact that things will happen that do not make sense, even to the point where you can’t even explain it to anyone who cares enough to ask.  I’m reminded of the old saying, “Tough times don’t last, tough people do!” I’m also reminded that there is evil in the universe and it hates to see us succeed, to find our power and learn to manifest the amazing lives that we truly do deserve. I’m reminded of the story of Job and how his faith was tested, everything was taken from him. Anything that could go wrong for him did go wrong. Ultimately, he proved that he is worthy of all the blessings imaginable because even when things could not have gotten any worse he stood firm in his beliefs. So, I have found myself in a place where I am restructuring my goals, my life…streamlining…yeah, that…and preparing to move forward confidently and boldly and maybe even defiantly. Defiant to whom? To the evil in the universe that wants only to “steal, kill and destroy,’ that’s who! I would much rather share this journey with someone but I’m learning that it’s not necessary. I have too much to do, too big of a message to “Shout to the mountain some ol’ boohoo blues.” Sure, I lost it and whined about it a couple weeks and all that, it was my emotions lashing out.
