Relational Leadership

For most people who have only seen leadership in the body of Christ implemented in institutional environments, it is difficult to see them any other way. A recent article about house churches in Time magazine and some discussion in our Forums drew Brad and Wayne back to this critical area. What do elders and other leaders look like in the relational life of those living outside of those institutional frameworks and how can God give our lives away to help others on this journey.
