In this episode of Tracy Talks, Tracy shares her feelings on difficult relationships.There was expectation that relationships would just become easier as we age.In fact, this has been the opposite.Women are at some level still encouraged to keep the peace and hold back to maintain the relationship.Being a strong, outspoken woman can make adult relationships complicated, feeling like a constant "tug-of-war." She's tired of having to wear different "hats" and explain herself to others. Tracy is learning that it's okay to not have all the answers about who you are, but she no longer has the energy to work hard at difficult relationships.
