Relatively Speaking Podcast: Boogie is gone to New Orleans

from Relatively Speaking Podcast · host Relatively Speaking Podcast

Fresh off the NBA All-Star Weekend, the Relatively Speaking Podcast is ready to jam information, insight and entertainment inside your cranium. The show begins with what is easily the largest happening over the weekend. With the Sacramento Kings sending Boogie Cousins to the New Orleans Pelicans for three peanuts, Buddy Hield and a six-pack of McNuggets, Jared and Joseph both verbally ponder the decision to finally deal the talented big man. With the discussion getting heated, it morphs into another topic concerning the use of the term "unicorn" to describe big men in today's NBA. Both Jared and Joseph believe that the term is used, and that if unicorns are meant to be rare, having so many of them in a sport makes it pointless. Do we expect any other big NBA trades to happen before the trade deadline? The answer is mostly a no, but some possible scenarios are mentioned. Bad Tweets is gone the way of the dinosaurs, friends. But no need to worry, as a replacement segment has been added to the Relatively Speaking Podcast. Today is the debut of Conspiracy Theories, and the world will never be the change. The show ends with Absurd Questions. Or, more accurately, Joseph changes Jared's world view forever by introducing him to the Mandela Effect theory. Jared has his own Absurd Question to add to this specific segment, but by the time the guys get to it, they aren't so sure about Sinbad being in a genie-movie at all. Don't you remember Sinbad in a genie-movie?
