Relatively Speaking Podcast: We're sorry Trevor Siemian

from Relatively Speaking Podcast · host Relatively Speaking Podcast

It is Monday. Do you know what that means? Well, outside of the fact that you have five full days of sitting next to that jerk in the cubicle next to you, it also means the Relatively Speaking Podcast is back refreshed from a weekend of resting on its laurels. After starting the show to remember the lives of two of sports' recently deceased athletes, the discussion turns into other somber -- but not that somber -- turn of events in sports. Les Miles was fired from LSU. What's next for the program? Both Joseph and Jared agree that the Tigers aren't going to get a better coach than the man who eats grass. Paul Pierce is coming back for another NBA season, but he stinks. Chris Bosh is unlikely to ever play another game in the NBA due to blood clotting. This is sad, but it is important people realize that him playing basketball is not worth the very real risk of him dying. Joseph and Jared also send out heartfelt apologies to Trevor Siemian, who they said was the worst quarterback in the NFL. Using hindsight, we now know that the honor should have gone to Ryan SixPicktrick. Other NFL news and happenings are discussed. It is well worth your valuable time to hear the guys' hot-takes. One of them includes the decision to play a wide receiver at quarterback. Bad Tweets is about John Elway and small sample sizes. As for Absurd Questions: Your life will forever be changed after listening to that segment. Slight hyperbole, it is worth noting, might apply to that statement. You can follow the guys on Twitter, but only if you search for them.
