Relaxing, letting go, opening meditation - Berat Castle

Surrounded by quiet sounds as I wander around the ruins of a castle in Berat, Albania. I reflect on relaxing into the moment as it is, opening to life and making intentional choices by being guided from within.  Meditate Everywhere, where sound art meets wellness, is a project about not turning away from the sounds of life and the world but welcoming them in as part of the practice.  It offers an opportunity to deepen presence and understanding of self by adding new layers to the practice of awareness.  www.lauraycordon.com www.instragram.com/lauraycordon
