Relieving a pressure

from MITI Radio · host Bitha Sadanandan

Intellectual..or rather..conceptual contemplations require as much a release of pressure as a pressure cooker require regular release of steam. Maybe I should enroll in a sport or movement-based practice (considering I facilitate movement-less yoga that is foundational to maintaining harmonious cooking of good original content) to speak and move things from the good content I am coming up with. I can dance on my balcony and write up more content but I'm thinking creation itself is a input-output creature, much like a human body, where what is contemplated upon needs outputting for further processing of the matter. Maybe that's why people get pains, where some of that is 'growing up' pains, or diseases or even die from not regularly outputting what is contemplated upon or making life-enlivening substance/produce from mobilizing the fat (waxy stuff in their blood and tissues) in en'light'ing a happy countenance/experience for another every now and then. Share to turn on the smile, and a genuine smile at that, and watch the sun shine through the clouds that has a person be dark and broody otherwise.
