Właściciela zmieniło siedem parków i cztery centra. Jak wyglądało pozyskiwanie kupującego, dlaczego nie każdy inwestor jest zainteresowany takim portfelem oraz dlaczego banki znów polubiły centra handlowe, wyjaśnia Monika Kulawińska z CBRE. Kilka tygodni temu podobna transakcja portfelowa została sfinalizowana przez Star Capital i Generali – sześć Vendo Parków, wybudowanych i uruchomionych wspólnie przez firmy Patron Capital oraz Trei Real Estate, zostały sprzedane za około 110 mln euro. Mówiliśmy już o tym dealu w przeglądzie tygodnia, ale dziś nieco więcej powie MichałĆwikliński z firmy Avison Young, która od początku towarzyszyła temu mariażowi dewelopera z inwestorem.    A na koniec inna charakterna transakcja - nie najnowsza, ale warta przypomnienia.  Apsys sprzedał na rzecz funduszu Trigea udziały w spółce celowej, która jest współwłaścicielemcentrum handlowego Posnania. O kontekście rynkowym dealu i obecnej kondycji rynku opowiada Agnieszka Kołat zJLL, firmy, która doradzała Apsysowi. Remanent nie remanent, kącik literacki każdemu się należy!
