Jacq Gould of Your Inner Babe is on a mission to help guide women back to the truth of who they are.  After battling eating disorders and a lack of self-confidence all throughout her adolescence, Jacq found that she needed someone who knew exactly what she was going through, and someone who could support her on a journey toward self love. So, she became that for herself.  From journals, to retreats, to group coaching, and even an affirmation deck, Jacq has developed an incredible set of tools to help guide women toward the path of self-connection.
