「人的資本経営の実践へ支援事業 中部経産局」 中部経済産業局（三浦聡局長）は人的資本経営の実践に取り組む管内中小企業を対象とした事業を始めた。中小企業診断士や社会保険労務士などの専門家を派遣し、企業戦略に即した採用戦略の見直しや、従業員の定着を目的とした人事制度の導入を伴走支援する。派遣は月１回程度を目処に今年度末まで続ける。 支援では、まず経営者に自社の事業の方向性と悩みごと、めざす姿をヒアリングする。
