The Book of Joel, particularly Chapter 2, serves as an instruction manual for end-times preparation. When 120 believers in Acts prayed the Lord's Prayer for ten days, heaven responded with Pentecost. This same pattern applies today - a Joel 2 culture of united prayer leads to Acts 2 outpouring.
