Renee Robbins Interview | Part One
from Ahtcast Hosted by Ahtcast
Words of the day: microscopic. invented. cinematic. fantastical. Chicago. This episode features Chicago based painter Renee Robbins. I think it's safe to say that there is plenty of enthusiasm on display in this interview regarding sea creatures, titling artwork, connecting with biologists, working in a series, and public artwork... If possible, I encourage you to check out Renee's work as you listen, especially the Daily Drawing series she had going through the course of one year! Renee Robbins' Daily Drawing page: https://reneerobbins.com/daily-drawings/ For Part One's full feature, including images of the work, please visit this link: http://www.ahtcast.com/2020/01/artist-interview-renee-robbins-part-one.html I hope you enjoy this interview, and please stay tuned for Part Two of Renee's interview popping up on the site soon! Thanks for listening!
