You may like to use social media. At least there are specific features you appreciate which I totally understand. What’s challenging though, is that it is hard to use a social media app for just one activity. You will probably stay immersed in that app for a while because of the many options the app has to offer. If you are annoyed with your social media use, you’ve probably thought about deleting some apps. I support you all the way when you do that! Nevertheless, it can be hard. Deleting an app is one thing. Keeping it deleted is another. Try the following strategy: Step 1: delete social media apps. Step 2: Use your browser on your laptop. Not on your phone, but just your laptop.
