REPLAY: GHS Silver Streaks girls basketball @ Moline

The Galesburg girls basketball team traveled to Wharton Field House for a Western Big 6 battle with Moline and came away with the win, 52 - 42, over the Maroons. The Streaks are 7 - 1 on the season, and 2 - 1 in conference play. With an incredible effort in the game, Taylor Herchenroder was named the Dave's Auto Body Crunch Time Player of the Game. She led the Silver Streaks in scoring with 14 points and also contributed 5 rebounds, 3 steals, and an assist. Zaniyah Carter finished with 11 points, Ellie Johnson scored 10 points, Ella Herchenroder had 7 points, and Jozalyn Kilgore finished with 6 points. Galesburg shot 20 of 52 from the field, 6 of 22 from three-point range, and 6 of 13 from the free throw line. They pulled down 36 rebounds, had 15 assists, and committed 24 turnovers.
