Repurposed Addiction | Addict Traits While Living Sober

Send Matt a text here! In this episode of My Sober Addiction we are talking about how our old habits from active addiction are still showing through, and probably have since we were born. Even when we are living sober, we are still obsessed with whatever it is that we are doing whether it’s learning a new skill, working, cleaning, etc. Addicts are very persistent and can even be viewed as perfectionists because we focus on details like a laser, we learn and grow and obsess over whatever it is we are doing. We don't have to be in active addiction to still have those traits, those tendencies. If we are totally honest then we can see how we have always been this way. In fact, it probably could’ve been a sign that we could be addicts.
