Today we’re getting under the hood with Dayna-Ashley Dorsey a mother, daughter, sister and a 2x orphan and foster care survivor, chosen-adoptee turned 2x published author, tech founder, CEO, and dedicated philanthropist and community reformer. She serves as an advocate leader for the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCRA) and as an educator for the West Coast of Florida’s Survivors Teaching Students® (STS) Program in honor of her mother's story and legacy. A voice for the voiceless and overlooked, Dayna is a passionate mental health advocate, trained in Trauma-Informed Care and certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA).She founded Socially Conscious Kids to inspire at-risk youth and foster children to pursue education, careers, and entrepreneurship. She is also the visionary behind Little Orphan Ashley Camp—a legacy initiative that offers a creative and healing space where foster children are seen, heard, and empowered to build confidence, express emotion, and rediscover their self-worth through artistic outlets.Dayna is the author of "Little Orphan Ashley" the debut #1 Children's biography and the first book of a 20- book series collection.
