Resistance to self realization

We all have unlimited potential.  It's internal resistance that prevents us from claiming ownership of that potential and consciously directing it as we choose.  Healing takes place through acceptance.  That includes healing the resistance within us that is keeping us from consciousy accepting the magnificence we are and consciously using our power and ability. In this podcast I attempt to more fuly accept the resistance I do and don't have to taking ownership of my potential.  It's a chalenge for me not to jump forward and try to act in spite of the resistance right away, or try to deny the existence of the resistance, or to be angry that the resistance exists at all.  Today, as best I can, I'm going to study my resistance; learn all I can about it.  This what acting on my belief "the most efficient way forward is to have a greater acceptance of what is true right now" looks like.
