Located in Orland Park, IL, Sterk Family Law Group, P.C. is family law and estate planning practice that offers a unique approach to family law and estate planning through not only a team approach but also through a holistic approach by relying on numerous resources.  Our firm leader, Gwendolyn Sterk, has been practicing law for over 30 years. After spending many years with another firm, in 2015, Gwen decided to open her own legal practice. Gwen has always been a thought leader and what stemmed her desire to open her own practice was seeing client’s needs for assistance outside of the legal realm when facing a legal matter. With a single business card for a mental health provider passed to a client, Gwen dreamed up what is now, today, Sterk Family Law group’s Resource Center. So why are we doing podcasts? Well, we stand behind the motto that "knowledge is power" and like our slogan says, to "Empower Yourself With Options."  Many of the episodes you may listen to may not be directly focused on legal matters because there are lot of moving pieces in the game of life and we hope that the information you hear here, may help you or someone you care about.  If you're interested in being a guest or would like to request a topic to learn about, shoot us a line!
