Con la cual podes aumentar tu rendimiento y la concentración, al mismo tiempo es un poderoso calmante para el estrés. 🧘🏼‍♀️ Regálate 5 minutos al día mínimamente para hacer esta RESPIRACION. 🧘🏼‍♀️Paso 1: Exhala lentamente Sentada derecha, exhala lentamente por la boca, sacando todo el oxígeno de tus pulmones. Céntrate en esta intención y toma conciencia de lo que estás haciendo. 🧘🏼‍♀️Paso 2: Inhala lentamente Inhala lenta y profundamente por la nariz contando hasta cuatro. En este paso, conta hasta cuatro muy lentamente en tu mente. Senti cómo el aire llena tus pulmones, una sección a la vez, hasta que tus pulmones estén completamente llenos y el aire ingrese a tu abdomen. 🧘🏼‍♀️Paso 3: Contene tu respiración Contene la respiración mientras contas lentamente hasta cuatro. 🧘🏼‍♀️Paso 4: Volve a exhalar Exhala por la boca contando lentamente hasta cuatro, expulsando el aire de los pulmones y el abdomen. Presta atención a la sensación de que el aire sale de tus pulmones. 🧘🏼‍♀️Paso 5: Volve a contener tu respiración Contene la respiración durante el mismo conteo lento de cuatro antes de repetir este proceso.
