Rest is a Thing

from FitMinute Podcast · host Gabrielle Mazar

I used to think that when I was resting, not doing anything, not working, that I was being lazy. When I got sick in 2013 I was forced to rest. Well, my body forced me. I literally could not stay awake. I used to be a go go go person. I still am for the most part, but I realized that I need to rest in order to get the things done I need and want to. It is hard for us to realize that, considering there is always something to do, but when we run ourselves down that is when we get sick. Even if you don’t think you have time, make time. Your mind and body will thank you. The post Rest is a Thing appeared first on Destination Fitcations.
