The holding of space and the intention you set for your retreat is such a crucial part of the experience. And slipping into the territory of full programs, big venues and over delivering can really impact what your event ends up delivering. In this episode, I go through the differences between retreats and conferences, and the importance of marketing your event appropriately for the transformation you're promising.
